Ms. Betty Namagembe is an accomplished Senior Consultant in Research and Business Development with a robust background in statistics and extensive experience in Project management and Data Analysis. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Makerere
University with a Post-graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation and currently pursuing a master’s in M&E at Uganda Management Institute.
Betty’s career is marked by her adeptness in business and performance planning, data analysis, and report writing. Her technical proficiency spans across various tools and languages, including Microsoft Office Suite, Epidata, SPSS, STATA, C programming, and Python.
Throughout her career, Betty has led numerous high-impact projects, with organisations such as UNESCO-IIEP, ENABEL, ATU, CSTS, UNITE, NUDIPU, UCC among others. She is known for her accuracy, analytical thinking, creativity, and excellent communication, both oral and written. With a proven track record in training facilitation, mentoring, and capacity development, she has significantly contributed to the growth and success of the organisation.
She has contributed to research as evidenced in her published works i.e., Teacher Management in Refugee Settings: Uganda, Smallholder Farmer Access to ICTs and Digital Content: Experiences from Uganda
