Moses is a trained Monitoring and Evaluation specialist and an experienced Statistician with a
passion for Research. Moses has a demonstrated history of working with MDAs, non-profit organizations as
well as research firms and multinational collaborations. Moses has experience in developing organizational policies, strategic plan and master plan documents. With proven excellent communication skills, Moses is an exceptional trainer with special interest in ICT Training, Agriculture, infectious diseases prevention programming/research, community development, women and youth empowerment. Fluent in English, Kakwa, Lugbara along with elementary French and some Bantu dialects.
