Under this project, the trainings conducted by the consultant reviewed results of the skills assessment survey for the initial 976 instructors conducted by Cyber School Technology Solutions to provide a background upon which the training course was designed and developed, taking into account individualized needs of instructors
| The consultant delivered the following,
1. Inception report 2. Inception meeting 3. Training manual/course for digital pedagogy developed and digitized 4. Training manual/course for Instructional design developed and digitized 5. Training plan for the 976 instructors in digital pedagogy from the 7 HEI’s 6. Training conducted based on the plans and methodology proposed. 7. Identify a list of 10 change agents/champions from each of the 7 Institutions to be provided further support in instructional design for a period of 6 months. 8. Recordings of online trainings conducted 9. Training plan for 976 Lecturers and Instructors in basic instructional design based on the best approach of training proposed. 10. Report on training conducted for 976 including recommendations for scaling/cascading to 3337 lecturers and instructors. 12. Final evaluation of training report 13. Guidelines document to support the Institutions in scaling and continuity of training and CPD beyond the life of the project, detailing best practices for online training and learning. |
