The consultant developed a comprehensive Master Plan that consisted of components categorized under five thematic areas;

2. Appropriate resourcing,
3. vocationalisation of teacher education and training, research and innovation,
4. Environmentally friendly infrastructure,
5.  Institutional growth

OUTPUTS

1. An Inception Report with a detailed approach and methodology for undertaking the assignment.
2. A report detailing documentary review, stakeholder engagement, and benchmarking
3.  Draft Master Plan and implementation plan
4.  A final Master plan and Costed Implementation plan as well as the report incorporating feedback and comments from the stakeholders with a compliance checklist
