The Ministry of Public Service (MoPS) sought to engage a consultant to establish a multimedia studio to support the eLearning Management System (LMS) at Civil Service College Uganda (CSCU).
8tech was, therefore, contracted to provide our expertise in establishing a multimedia studio at the college in order to achieve the following objectives;
- To supply audio/video equipment and related components and accessories to the college.
- To install a functional multimedia studio for online streaming, development of audio/video content to support effective learning.
- Produce comprehensive and easy to use technical documentation such as guidelines and user manual for multimedia.
- Provide user training to the CSCU Faculty of trainers
- Provide technical backup for the functionality of the multimedia studio and online learning platform some
Some of the important deliverables included an inception report, user manuals for content creation, use, and maintanence, and a fully installed multimedia centre among others.
