GiZ and Bank of Uganda contracted eight tech to build an e-learning platform, build digital content and train users on the use and management and development of e-resources fr the platform. The team at 8tech developed and hosted the system at www.financialiteracy.ac.ug and the animations developed can be found at www.8technologies.net/animations.
